1976 A partnership called Sin Yuan Enterprise Company was formed to trade in machinery & tools
1979 Formed Sin Yuan Enterprise Sdn Bhd
1981 Acquired the group’s first business premises at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur
1982
  • Distribution network expanded to Sabah by forming Sin Yuan Machinery (Sabah) Sdn Bhd
  • Formed Sin Yuan Machinery Sdn Bhd to undertake the distribution business in West Malaysia
  • Set up a 24,000 sq ft warehousing facility at Kepong
1990 Acquired a 4 storey shoplot as the sales outlet for Sabah and 24,000 sq ft warehouse at Likas Kota Kinabalu
1994 Commenced manufacturing activities by setting up Jinhui Industries Sdn Bhd
1997 Completion of China manufacturing plant
1998 Upgraded to an 125,000 sq ft multi-purpose complex in Sri Damansara，housing the group’s headquarters, distribution and service centres and manufacturing facilities
1999 Obtained ISO9001 quality system certification
2007 Expansion of the Sabah sales outlet by acquiring the adjacent shop
2009

Acquired a 6 storey building as the Group’s headquarters in Sri Damansara
